Luntz, Suleiman & Associates, Inc. (LSA) is a consulting and investment banking firm specializing in the training, education, exposition and information industries.  LSA advises and assists companies seeking to acquire or divest businesses, form strategic alliances, raise venture capital, or prepare for future acquisition.
 

     LSA was established in 1989 when Jerome D. Luntz, former Senior VP of McGraw-Hill Publishing Company, and Anver Suleiman, founder of The Marketing Federation and The National Center for Database Marketing, two good friends and business associates, brought their combined backgrounds together.  Jerry, from the publishing industry, and Anver from the training and tradeshow industries.  
 

   In 2016 Ed Fitzelle was named as Managing Director of LSA. With a lifetime of experience in this business, Ed know the buyers personally, and is totally committed to getting LSA clients the best possible valuation and transaction terms.
